Simple command to move domains between accounts, get into SSH of your server:
user@xxx.xx.xx sudo su
root@xxx.xx.xx.xxx /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-change-domain-owner domain new_owner
root@xxx.xx.xx.xxx /usr/local/vesta/bin/v-change-database-owner database owser
after moving the domain to a new user and moved the database, restart the server.
