First create a backup, use your username, here we use “admin”
/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-backup-user admin
copy the backup file to the new server under the folder backup
/home/backup/
restore the backup inside the new server(use your new or update username):
/usr/local/vesta/bin/v-restore-user admin admin.2014-01-14.tar
